Love bookstores! ! Everyone is always pleasant here.
We went for the Harry Potter Yule ball but I think Barnes and Noble failed the fans to a huge degree. It was more geared towards elementary aged kids but there are so many fans that are now in their 20's that love HP and Barnes and Noble really left them out of the whole thing. Plus online it said the event went from 7 - 11pm but they closed at 9pm sharp! Other than that.. B&N is.. B&N :)
Looking for a magazine you carry. 5 different employees have given me different info on when the next issue will be out. From, October, to middle of October, to in another week, to end of October, to it is in the back and the stocker said it will be out tomorrow. Each worker checked the computer, and the last one talked to the stocker in the back. So either your computer information is remarkably horrid or your workers are entirely incompetent. Or I managed a combination of the two.
A huge, atmospheric spot to find books and more with helpful staff and a convenient layout. Barnes and Noble has transformed themselves in the past decade into more than a book store and has become a trendy, comfortable go-to store to find books, memorabilia, board games and activities, or just sit and have a bit to eat or drink. There's a cozy cafe area, easily laid out sections to find what you're looking for (and a help desk if you still need assistance!), and an extensive children's section in the back. I found everything I wanted and more. The line was a bit long but there's enough registers that it shouldn't happen too often. An amazing store for sure.

I've subscribed to the magazine. It isn't cheaper that way, being shipped from France.... But sure beats the frustration.
