Service was excellent when we were looking at a vehicle. The guy was not too pushy. After we purchased a vehicle we realized they didn't supply us with a spare key or an owners manual. I'm still waiting for someone to call me back and help me out. The sales manager told me they would call us when they were ordered and ready. Never heard back. Its been 5 months since we got our vehicle and I have called every other week. Each person I talk to tells me they will take my name and number and call me back with details.
