Looks like they got things organized a little better and signage is much much better. Signage is important for ones on a budget.

I love it so much!!! You can save so much money. Also there is a great selection of clothes. ❤
This old navy is just okay; frankly, all ONs are just ok. Their consumers don't have a fat wallet, therefore ONs goods reflect this in their product quality. Keeping this in mind, the baby/toddler clothes are cute, and are able to withstand the short gaps from one growth spurt to another.
