Great place to work out. Staff is friendly and helpful. It has a women's fitness center that has a good range of equipment. Friendly atmosphere and very welcoming. If you are worried about being judged, this is the place that will banish your fears. The patrons here will make you feel at home and will encourage you to be and do your best.
Small gym. Nit much equipment. Very closed minded group of people. Good for racquetball though.
