Schneck puts the PRO in professional. He was polite, on time, and an expert in his field. Unlike his competitors he was prepared and had sufficient spare parts on his truck to handle most contingencies. 10 stars!
DO NOT USE HIM!!!! Scratched our floor. He is suppose to find someone to repair and nothing yet. He is a liar and will switch everything around. He honestly is just a rude human being and doesn't have a care in the world for anyone's home only cares about money

Honestly, if I had a chance, I would have given him minus 5 star. Be aware, that this guy is not licensed, so if you get into trouble with him, which I believe you most likely will, the Department of State would not take your complaint or would not discipline him. He is very good at lying, and his interpersonal and customer service skills are incredibly annoying. He is just after your money; if you like the money that you have tried so hard to make it, DO NOT call him.
Repairman came when they said, I called in the morning & they came that afternoon. When I explained what was wrong he ignored me & asked my husband what the problem was. When my husband repeated what I said then he tried to fix it. I'm the one that uses the washer not my hubby. The good thing was when he couldn't fix it he took all the parts off & only charged us a house call.
