They never return phone calls. They seem very unorganized. It's been 2 months since I accepted an offer on my house and I still don't even have a closing date. I can't even get anyone there to call me back. Don't use them for closings. They've been telling me "any day now" for over a month and still don't even have a date. I used a different lawyer for my other closing and had a date the whole time. And they closed on time.
It's taken them over 2 years to have them pay me back for my father's funeral out of his estate. They never return calls even when you call every hour and a half.
Great experience. Easy to work with and easy to communicate with. Closed near the time originally predicted.
