This company is trash I pay 100$ a week in rides and I can't get picked up on time they have lost a customer
It's simple. I need a ride, they give it to me
Called and gave my credit card number before being told it would be over an hour wait for a 4 mile ride. Asked to cancel and was told it would take "1-2 weeks for the charge to cancel". Told my credit card not to accept the charge, ridiculously poor service.
We called for a cab and they told us 30-45 minutes over an hour later we call to ask where our cab is and they tell us that we never called back to the confirm. We were never told we had to call back and confirm. So we had a friend call to order us a taxi and they told us they were busy and told us to call corning cab company. Our friend said that someone else had called over an hour ago and the cab never came and totem said that the person had never called back to confirm the taxi. We were never told we had to call back. They got rude and refused to send a cab telling us we got rude for pointing out that no one showed up. We said that we needed a cab to not drive drunk and they hung up on us. This is horrible customer service and I will never use totem taxi again!
After 30 mins of waiting I called to make sure they were still coming. The dispatcher assured me they were. 20 mins after that phone call and I'm still waiting.. it's a joke.
