The food was delicious, as well as the environment and atmosphere. But the service I received was utterly terrible, between long waits for little things such as drinks and getting refills. I had to ask the server myself for a refill, and he didn't even get my girlfriend a refill. Horrible. We had to wait a little longer for the food than most people, and it wasn't even fresh and hot. It seemed like it was sitting for 10 minutes before being served. Like I said, the food was great, could've been better. But if you want better customer satisfaction, you could find better places.
I didn't dine there, I took out to bring to the hotel. The shrimp scampi was diving in oil. The side dish, peas, tasted like coming out of the can. I poured the garlic oil from the shrimp to taste something. The salad with the house dressing was oily and salty. The bread was delicious. They didn't put plastic utensils and napkins in the bag. I had to get from the hotel.
They have the parking space away from the restaurant. You walk under a bridge and then you see the entrance and wonder what you're getting yourself into because it looks like some back ally place. You walk in and WOW nice place! Everyone is dressed up nice and the staff is great! Everyone at my table was impressed with the food and the price was right! We will all be meeting up there again. Apparently it's so popular there that it is best to make reservations if you want to get right in.

Really good food, portions are generous, nice local place to eat....but better bring a flashlight, lights are VERY low. 5 stars if the lights were brighter.
