We contacted this business at 9:10am on a Saturday to inquire about a 10x10 climate controlled unit for same day securement as we discovered their rates would be more affordable than our previous plans. We were told that it would not be an issue but we would need to go to the corporate office by 1pm in order to rent a unit as that's when they closed, however, we were not provided an address for corporate except "it's on the corner of 414." A very non-descript set of directions. So, as we sat at their 786 S. Main St, Elmira location from 11:45am-12:05pm with a Uhaul full of property attempting to call the corporate number upwards of 30 times, we have decided to not patron this poorly run business with loose practices but instead take it elsewhere. The supposed rates aren't worth the headache.
