Went to visit geek squad to get phone fixed, left with my broken phone. Lots of wasted insurance money. Always have hard timw at this store.
This is a pretty typical best buy. Good selection, decent prices, decent service. Geek squad is hit and miss depending on who you get. They have a few folks who really know their stuff, and some that either don't quite get it or they're still learning.
Brad spent a good hour with us giving us information so that we could decide on our purchase. When we returned to buy he was not working that shift. Mike took care of us one stop and tonight Pat was our man. All three were fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. Great job, you all are assets to your store. Thanks for a pleasant and satisfying experience.
Generally when we go to the store we have our minds made up on the product, Sales staff will input their opinions but never pressure the up sell. One of my favorite employees is Amanda in the cell phone section. I always look to see if she is working when we go in!!
We purchased a washer/dryer to have delivered to my parents on October 5th. Today is October 20th and Best Buy is rescheduling the installation date. POOR customer service and support. They charged our credit card right away and $139 installation service.
