50 minutes before closing. I needed a few copies. Printing center told me their machines were all down for the night and the earliest they could service me would be 10: am the next morning.
Printed out Copies from my email. Really easy to use the machines so I didn't have to jump through hoops trying to figure things out.
Never before have I ever been treated so rudely at a store where I was willing to spend money. Tried to contact corporate online and was also ignored. I will NEVER go to Staples again and sadly would no longer recommend them to anyone.
Low grade merchandise high end cost
Every time I have been there, the tech guys are great! They know their stuff and always help me. The manager is nice and polite.
